Shipping Details
Online orders for pre-made products and kits will generally be shipped 1-2 business days after the order is placed. In the event that the turnaround time will be longer than this, the customer will be informed immediately.
Orders consisting of multiple products will be bundled together to reduce shipping costs. The bundled shipping cost will be reflected during the checkout process.
The turnaround time on custom orders will be dependent on the complexity of the project and amount of other business at the time. If you require your order to arrive within a specified timeframe please inform of this during the consultation process.
Express postage is available upon request. Simply complete the contact form with details of the products you wish to order, your postal address, and a request for an express postage quote.
Domestic Shipping (within Australia)
Estimated shipping times were correct as of March 2024, but please check the Australia Post website for updated information on domestic shipping times and shipping status.
An extra 2 days buffer has been added, but keep in mind if you live in remote/rural areas shipping may take slightly longer.
Same state (within Western Australia)
2-6 business days
Shipping costs for different packages:
- Large letter = $5 + 10% of order total ($12 max)
- Small parcel = $12
- Medium parcel = $18
- Large parcel = $20 + 5% of order total ($35 max)
Interstate
3-8 business days
Shipping costs for different packages:
- Large letter = $5 + 10% of order total ($12 max)

- Medium parcel = $18
- Large parcel = $20 + 5% of order total ($35 max)
International Shipping
As of November 2025, I have omitted the international shipping options following changes to US tariff policies.
If you’re interested in purchasing a ready-made product and live somewhere other than Australia, please send an email to michelle@mymumthedreamer.com with the subject line “Request Shipping Rates to My Location.” Please include your address, the item/s you wish to purchase, and the time frame you would need to receive the parcel, and I’ll get back to you with an exact shipping price.
Further questions
The shipping totals are worked out as a best estimate only and include the cost of packing materials and boxes/parcels. If you believe the shipping to your location should be cheaper, send me a message via the contact form with your address and exact order and I can get you a more precise total.
